Why it works
Leadership playbooks don’t work in today’s fast-paced and unpredictable environment. Neither does a leadership style that is one-size-fits-all. We developed a unique leadership framework called Dynamic Engagement that is specifically designed to help leaders succeed in this evolving landscape.

How it works
Foundations TrainingLeaders meet as a large group to learn the foundations of a dynamic leadership approach. During these four key modules, leaders learn the theory and mindsets associated with Dynamic Leadership.

Learning BoostsLeaders are then divided into smaller cohorts (approximately 6 people) and meet every other week to dive deeper into the content and share their outputs of experimenting with new leadership behaviors on the job.

Reflection and TransitionThe end is more of a transition. We believe that leadership is about continuous awareness, practice, reflection and action. Participants meet back as a large group to share key insights and progress with senior leaders/sponsors.
