Leadership LIFT Training

A boost for mid-level leaders with an experiential learning format that gets proven results.

Leaders feel the tensions that exist everyday... 
  • Should I focus on executing my own work or carve out time to think strategically? 
  • Should I provide direction for this project or just let the team run with it? 
  • Should I advocate for my staffs' needs or the organization's needs?
Leaders often feel forced to choose the "right" approach or the right answer. However, when thinking in this "either/or" mindset, leaders limit possibilities and end up with solutions to the wrong problems. We challenge leaders to hold two, seemingly opposing views/approaches at the same time.  We teach leaders to think in a "both/and" mindset about leadership and give them the tools to navigate through unsolvable problems to build a culture of engagement in their teams.

Why it works

Leadership playbooks don’t work in today’s fast-paced and unpredictable environment. Neither does a leadership style that is one-size-fits-all. We developed a unique leadership framework called Dynamic Engagement that is specifically designed to help leaders succeed in this evolving landscape.
 We teach leaders how to navigate through unsolvable problems.

Foundations Training

Leaders meet as a large group to learn the foundations of a dynamic leadership approach. During these four key modules, leaders learn the theory and mindsets associated with Dynamic Leadership.

Learning Boosts

Leaders are then divided into smaller cohorts (approximately 6 people) and meet every other week to dive deeper into the content and share their outputs of experimenting with new leadership behaviors on the job.

Reflection and Transition

The end is more of a transition. We believe that leadership is about continuous awareness, practice, reflection and action. Participants meet back as a large group to share key insights and  progress with senior leaders/sponsors.

Expected Level of Effort

  • 2.5 hours / day for 4 days for the Foundations Course (April 26-29)
  • 2 hours bi-weekly for four sessions in small group cohorts ​
    • May 12, 10am-12pm (US ET)
    • May 26, 10am-12pm (US ET)
    • June 9, 10am-12pm (US ET)
    • June 23, 10am-12pm (US ET)
    • June 30, 10am-11am (US ET) Final Celebration!
  • 1 hour/ week reviewing videos & articles and completing assignments
  • 30-min each week meeting with “accountability partner”
  • 1 hour for celebration/reflection session
