First, shift your leadership mindset
Leaders often feel forced to choose the "right" approach. However, when thinking in this "either/or" mindset, leaders limit possibilities and end up with solutions to the wrong problems. We challenge leaders to hold two seemingly opposing views/approaches at the same time. We teach leaders to think in a "both/and" mindset about leadership and give them the tools to navigate through unsolvable problems to build a culture of engagement in their teams.

After 10+ years of our own research with John Carroll University and working directly with leaders, MCG designed the Dynamic Engagement Model to help leaders create a culture of engagement, at work and beyond.
