Here’s What Your Leadership Training Will Look Like
We work with you to deliver a Leadership LIFT in a flexible format that best meets your needs. Current delivery is 100% virtual using the latest interactive and innovative tools.
Foundations TrainingLeaders meet as a large group to learn the foundations of a dynamic leadership approach. During this two-day delivery, leaders learn the theory and mindsets associated with Dynamic Leadership.

Learning BoostsLeaders are then divided into smaller cohorts (approximately 4-6 people) and meet every other week to dive deeper into the content and share their outputs of experimenting with new leadership behaviors on the job.

Reflection and TransitionThe end is more of a transition. We believe that leadership is about continuous awareness, practice, reflection and action. Participants meet back as a large group to share key insights and progress with senior leaders/sponsors.
